Rental Terms and Conditions

Minimum Stay: Cabin bookings require a 2-night minimum stay.

Fees:
Main Cabin: $150/per night
Bunkhouse: $75 per night with Main Cabin rental
Lower Level Parking: $10 per day/per vehicle

Rate includes everything you see on the amenity list. Full payment is required to lock in your reservation.


Pets:
We allow ONE verified hypo-allergenic non-shedding dog (with prior approval) with $30 pet fee to be added at the time of booking.  This is a family cabin and some of us have animal dander allergies. Pet owners must clean pet waste from yard to avoid additional $20 fee.​


Cleaning Fee:
There will be a one-time $25 cleaning fee per rented cabin rented (i.e., $50 if both cabin and bunkhouse are rented) added to the reservation at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

2+ weeks: Cancellations must be made greater than 2 weeks in advance of your reservation for a full refund.

1-2 weeks: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks but greater than 1 week of your reservation will receive a 50% refund.

0-1 week: No refunds.


Security Deposit / Damages:
A $150 security deposit is charged at the time of booking and returned if there are no damages. Guests assume all responsibility and cost for any damage, breakage, loss or injury incurred in, on, or around the premises as a result of the use of our property.

Check-In: 03:00 PM, Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Please submit the form, email, or call to inquire about your desired dates. We will call or email you to confirm your reservation and set up payment options. Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle Accepted.

Kickapoo Hideaway is privately owned and operated as Kickapoo Hideaway LLC. We are licensed by the State of Wisconsin and inspected by the Vernon County Health Department. State law requires us to collect full names and addresses of all our guests.
